Prompt: For this milestone, you will create a communications plan and procurement process. Download the communications plan template provided in the module resources. Fill out all the information in that template for your chosen final project scenario. Be sure to replace all template text and delete any information from the template that is not used for your communications plan. Where requested in the template, include details from the risk management plan you created as part of Milestone Three. You do not need to complete the section in the template for change management; delete that section of the document. However, you will need to add a section at the end of the template to describe the procurement process. If there are different approvals for different amounts, make sure that they are included.

 

Requirements of Submission: The submission should be a Word document based on the downloaded template.
