Define and critically analyse partnership working

Analyse the concepts of multi disciplinary partnership work and inter disciplinary partnership work. Apply these concepts in workplace preferable in the settings chosen if applicable.

Discuss the partnership working in settings chosen. Both settings should be dealt separately.

The discussion should include  a clear understanding of the implications for delivery of services such as government policies, advocacy,  social policies within the two service areas chosen ( highlighted in the paper provided) .

Point out the social policies shaping each service and identify the differences between both. How these policies shape each service.

Answer to questions such as: who are the professionals working with the patients in the service chosen, what are their job roles and duties? Reflect upon their care. Is it Meaningful? How are they working in partnership and how it impact on patients life?  Is it working and been done properly?

We have been talking in class about social policies, equality Act 2010, analysis of Universalism and proportionalism, disability act and definitions of disability.

Compare different models of partnership working and give examples linked with the services chosen.
