What are the APRN implications?

This paper should be 2-4 pages in length, written in APA format with at least 3-4 references. No reference may be older than five years. Please note that an abstract should be just after the title page and on a page by itself (See APA textbook). Must be written in Times New Roman Font, 12pt, must have title and reference pages in addition to 2-4 pages of paper.
