Users of globalessaywriters.com products must be of legal age and must understand and agree to our terms of use.

Definition of Terms

The term ‘Agreement’ implies accepting these Terms and Conditions

‘Writing service’ refers to the entity that offers independent writing and editing services to clients in accordance with the defined Terms and Conditions.

‘Writers’ are qualified/competent individuals who have agreed to work for the writing service on a freelance basis to enable delivery of quality services to customers.

‘Quality Assurance Department’ is a core component of company’s organizational structure with the responsibility of evaluating and assessing the quality of services provided by the writers.

Company: Refers to Globalessaywriters.com

‘Customer/client’ is the person who places an Order with the Company to obtain the Product according to his or her requirements and governed by the defined terms and conditions laid out in this Agreement.

‘Verification Process’ is a procedure required from Customer in order to confirm his/her billing identity to prevent fraud.

Order refers to the actual request for a Product sent to the Company by the Customer. It includes particular requirements and a specification of sources to be used in writing.

Product is the result of the Order, an original piece, written and delivered to the Customer, in accordance with his or her specifications, as a digital document.

An ‘Order Status’ is the stage at which the order is being processed at present

Privacy Policy

Globalessaywriters.com has the responsibility of protecting the privacy of their customers. The company do not resell or share client’s personal information such as credit card data, email address, and phone number with a third party.  In addition, the online transactions are completed through a secure, accurate, and reliable payment system provided by PayPal.com.

The secure online payment system helps to secure inappropriate disclosure of client’s credit card INFORMATION. However, globalessaywriters.com does not guarantee any disclosure of client’s information that is beyond its control and without its fault.

When filling in the order form, the client provides information that relates to their name, phone/mobile number, email address, and home address. The writing service does not use the information for any other purpose apart from contacting the client and to foster the verification process.

The additional information provided by the customer during the verification process is deleted right after the company completes the verification process.

The writing service prohibits sharing of contacts between the writer and the client to ensure safety and confidentiality of personal information. The client has an opportunity to use different communication systems such as live chat, email, and phone number to seek assistance from the Support Team.

Order details provided by the client on the order form and additional uploaded files become visible for the writers once the order is paid.  In addition, the writing service is not responsible for the details voluntary disclosed by the client when submitting the order descriptions. The company encourages clients to avoid providing any billing or personal information (email address, phone number, and name) in order details.

Order Process

When completing the order form, the client is obliged to provide valid mobile/phone number and email address that the support team can use to seek additional clarifications.  Therefore, failure to provide valid contact information may affect order completion and may result in the violation of the Terms and Conditions of this agreement.

The writing service cannot begin working on the client’s paper until full payment has been made. In addition, the company is not responsible due to the failure of a client to pay for the service on time.

The order instructions must be precise and clear. The customer is entitled to provide additional information if the instructions are not clear and failure to provide such relevant instructions on time will imply the violation of Terms and conditions of this agreement. Therefore, the writing service is not responsible and cannot fulfill any implied warranty.

Clients should be informed that once the paper is completed, revision request must be based on the initial instructions and requirements of the original paper. Any change of instructions of the initial requirement will be considered ‘editing.’ This is an independent service, and the company will not provide a free revision that deviates from the initial order descriptions.

Any additional instructions and requests must be availed to the company before the writer begins working on the paper. Failure to comply with these requirements will lead to the violation of this Agreement and forfeiture of the implied warranty.

The writer uses any relevant references such as journals, interviews, books, newspapers, and online publications to complete the assigned order unless the customer specifies otherwise. If the client wants the writer to use specific sources, he/she must provide them within the following schedule:

• Deadline of 12 Hrs or less: Additional Instructions and sources must be sent within the first one hour.
• Deadline of 12 Hrs – 24 Hrs: Additional Instructions and sources must be sent within the first four hours.
• Deadline of 48 Hrs – 10 days: Additional Instructions and sources must be sent within the first 24 hours.

The customer assumes the entire liability in case he/she choose improper academic/quality level. At the time of filling in the order form, the client has sole responsibility to select the right academic and quality level that best fits his/her need. All clients are advised to contact the support team for assistance in case of occurence of unintentional error while placing the order.

Verification Process

The company reserves the right to request the client to provide the following documents:

• Photocopy of Client’s credit card (the card number/ digits must be covered apart from the last 4 figures)
• Authorization code from Client’s bank or PayPal account
• Photocopy of Client’s visa (Passport copy for international students)
• Photocopy of Client’s valid ID or Driver’s License

The aforementioned documents are used to verify the validity of our clients and they are not used or shared with a third party.

Law prohibits any authorized presentation or use of a stolen credit, PayPal, or debit card and violation this policy will result to the application of the law because the writing service works in close collaboration with the relevant law enforcement policies to curb cyber crime.

Revision Policy

The company provides free revision services to enhance quality and customer satisfaction. The company encourages the client to request for revision within fourteen days from the first completion date and thirty days for reasonable large assignments such as research proposal, thesis proposal, dissertation, thesis, and dissertation chapters writing.  Therefore, the client has to place a new order if he/she fails to meet the aforementioned deadlines.

Quality Assurance Department has the right to limit or eliminate the revision request because of the following: unreasonable revision requests; revision emanating from changes in initial order requirements; taking advantage of company’s writer; and exploitation of revision service.

Refund Policy

Money back guarantee is possible if:

• the order was placed by mistake,
• Two invoices received for a similar paper, and
• no writer assigned to complete a client’s order

The company reserves the right not to refund the client if the services provided relate to Editing, Proofreading, and Formatting. Remember that your work may have errors of contextual nature because the company did not take part in writing the original paper.

No refund made if the client gets a grade that is below his/her expectations. Remember that we do not guarantee high grades and the paper submitted is only for reference and not ready for submission or grading.

In case of timely delivery of the Product, We will not be responsible for failure of the Customer to download the Product. Please note that the you will still be billed for the service rendered and no refund is guaranteed at this point in order to pay the Writer for the work done;

If your order is late because you did not provide some required information or materials on-time or we could not reach you via contacts provided, then you can not claim a refund based on lateness. Please, be advised that it is very important to provide valid contact information, including your email address and phone number, so that we can reach you when emergencies occur;

A Turnitin report is required if the client claims that the paper is plagiarized. No refund will be made if the client fails to provide the report.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your right to use our Services even when you have paid the full amount, if the information that you provided initially to register for our Services or subsequently modified, contains false or misleading information, or conceals or omits any information we would likely consider material; if you do not cooperate for execution of your order; if we suspect that you are involved in any fraudulent transaction. In such a situation, the paid amount will be automatically refunded.

Transaction disputes under reasons fraud and non-receipt after delivery of product will be considered subject to account termination.
